A view into my journey to train for the biggest race of my life. I am a full time professional who is dedicated to personal health and wellness and achievement. In my "spare" time I will be training intensely to completely my first 24 hour solo endurance mountain bike race in October 2015. I'll be sharing my journey. Fresh snow. Time to ride outside on the fat bike...
Always looking for ways to make riding and training re interesting. While I tend to be a fair weather fan, I'll throw ontue appropriate gear, pull out the best bike for the job and go!
